Can recommend for a concise stay

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, the location's easy access to the main ring roads made exploring the city enjoyable, and I appreciated the in-room fridge which was perfect for keeping drinks cool after a long day.

The staff were genuinely cheerful and attentive. The location made exploring the city fun. loved the leisurely walk to the heart of town, admiring the sights along the way.

The pool was quite compact and not as advertised, which was a bit disappointing after a long day of sightseeing. the lack of English TV channels felt limiting after a busy day.

Good hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a snack bar, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff was helpful with my elderly parents. I highly recommend it for a city break!

the staff were super friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions. the location was great, just a nice 20 min walk to the city center which was really nice. rooms were soundproofed and the blackout curtains were a lifesaver! the price was really reasonable for such a comfy stay. loved my stay, would totally recommend it!

the pool was kinda small and crowded, not really a good spot to relax. and my room didn’t have a balcony, which was a bummer since I wanted to chill outside.

my stay was enjoyable, especially with the short 20-minute stroll to the stunning cathedral de santa maria and the beautiful arab walls that made for lovely walking routes, showcasing the rich history while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

I stayed in a spacious Junior Suite with excellent air conditioning. the breakfast was super tasty and varied. the pool was quite small, not ideal for relaxing. I'd definitely come back!

The underground parking is a definite plus, making it easy to keep your ride secure while you wander around. The terrace rooms offer a nice touch, letting you soak in the ambiance of the area without having to go far.

The pool is only open until the start of September, which doesn't quite scream 'four-star luxury' if you're looking to chill by the water during the fall. The shower head in the room was a pain, dribbling water instead of giving a proper spray—definitely not the refreshing experience you want after a long day. Plus, the air conditioning didn't cool properly, which was a letdown considering the warm climate. I tried calling reception, but more than once, there was no answer when I needed something.
